Last updated: 9 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data Suliko collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to suliko.ge and suliko.io.

1. Who is responsible

Suliko Solutions LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@suliko.ge, or by post at Georgia, Tbilisi, Gldani District, Mukhiani, IVb Micro-district, Building 37, Apartment 54.

2. What we collect

Account details: your email address, and your phone number if you register with one. A password, stored only as a cryptographic hash that cannot be reversed. Content you submit: documents and text you upload for translation, and the translations produced from them. Usage records: pages translated, language pairs, timestamps and balance movements — what we need to bill correctly and to show your history. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, collected in ordinary server logs.

3. Documents you upload

Your documents are yours. We process them to produce your translation and to keep it available in your history, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, we do not publish them, and we do not use their contents to train models. Translation is performed using Google's Gemini API. Your document text is sent to that service for the sole purpose of translating it, under Google's terms for API customers, which do not permit its use for training.

4. Payment data

Card payments are processed by the Bank of Georgia. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered on the bank's own page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored by us. We keep only the order reference, the amount, the currency and whether the payment succeeded.

5. How long we keep it

Documents and translations stay in your history until you delete them or close your account. Account records are kept while your account is open. When you close it, we delete your account and content within 30 days. Payment and invoicing records are kept for as long as Georgian accounting and tax law requires, which is longer than the periods above and applies even after an account is closed.

6. Who else sees it

We share personal data only with the providers needed to run the service: our hosting provider, the Gemini API for translation, and the Bank of Georgia for payments. Each receives only what its task requires. We disclose data to authorities only where the law obliges us to, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Write to info@suliko.ge from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. You can delete individual documents from your history yourself at any time, and you can close your account whenever you like.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, and remembering your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics, where used, is limited to aggregate traffic measurement.

9. Security

Traffic to and from the site is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
